For the QA Engineer:

Experience : 3 – 6 years.

Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/Engg, Electronics/Electrical

Must Have:

Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.

Good knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 functionality.

Testing knowledge of Wireless/Mobile/Routing/Application protocols

Understanding of QA processes

Familiarity with Linux/Windows OS.

Usage of defect tracking tools like Clearquest or Bugzilla,

Experience in black box testing


Good to Have:

Experience in working with automation tools


Certifications – (Good to have)

CCNP/CCNA – Networking certifications





For the Dev Engineer:


Experience : 4+ Years in (2+ minimum in Flex)


Education: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/Engg, Electronics/Electrical


Required:

Experience on Flexbuilder, OO ActionScript 2.0/3.0 programming for flex, design patterns.
Good Algorithm analysis/implementation, Excellent debugging skills.

Experience in BlazeDS/FDS/LCDS .

Experience in MVC frameworks like cairngorm, pureMVC or mate.

Excellent teamwork.


Preferred:

Experience in designing web-based interfaces.

Experience on DHTML/JavaScript and web designing tools like Photoshop etc for rapid prototyping.

Experience in integrating with Java based servers preferred.
